This offer was available from around August 2002 when the discs were being offered with at least 25% off the recommended retail price, up until around August 2004 when the affiliate program closed. Good news is that it opened again in late 2007.
I would guess the 192 company aren't exactly overjoyed at the change of British Telecom number for Directory Enquiries from 192 to 118, but things like this have a habit of changing. Incidentally, did you know it used to be possible to get free directory enquiries on the phone by getting a OneTel phone account? Not anymore. These days the typical method to find a phone number is to look it up in various searches online.
Meanwhile, regarding the
